    Create an ADAudit Plus Support Information File (SIF)

    In case you face an issue with any aspect of ADAudit Plus, kindly create a SIF and send it to us. The SIF will help us to analyze the issue and propose a solution. The steps to generate an SIF are given below:

    To go to the Support page, click the Support tab on the menu bar. The different channels through which you can reach out to us will be listed here. You can also

    1. Stop ADAudit Plus (Start → All Programs → ADAudit Plus → Stop ADAudit Plus).
    2. Go to the installation folder (<Installation directory>\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus).
    3. Right click on the logs folder, select Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. (Please exclude Archive folder)

    4. To upload the zipped file, open the following link: https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
    5. In the Customer File Upload Form, select your region on the top right.
    6. In the Product drop down, select ADAudit Plus and enter your email address in the Your Email Address field.
    7. Click on Add Files, browse and select the zip file and click Upload.
