Create an ADAudit Plus Support Information File (SIF)
In case you face an issue with any aspect of ADAudit Plus, kindly create a SIF and send it to us. The SIF will help us to analyze the issue and propose a solution. The steps to generate an SIF are given below:
To go to the Support page, click the Support tab on the menu bar. The different channels through which you can reach out to us will be listed here. You can also
- Stop ADAudit Plus (Start → All Programs → ADAudit Plus → Stop ADAudit Plus).
- Go to the installation folder (<Installation directory>\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus).
- Right click on the logs folder, select Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. (Please exclude Archive folder)
- To upload the zipped file, open the following link: https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
- In the Customer File Upload Form, select your region on the top right.
- In the Product drop down, select ADAudit Plus and enter your email address in the Your Email Address field.
- Click on Add Files, browse and select the zip file and click Upload.
